What happened to customer service?

I arrived at the store and wanted to speak to someone with a query I had. When I got there at 20:35 Margo the "admin manager" was cashing up. She did not give me any customer service and proceeded to try and speak to me and count the money at the same time. I then asked to speak to another manager as Margo's lack of customer service was very very rude. Why am I not getting someone decent to speak to who just needs to hear what my concern is. She just fobbed me off as if I was not even a customer, I am disgusted at the lack of quality from a premium store such as yourselves. I had payed alot of money for a clothing Item that is now termed hazardous as the hooks on the garment on now scratch open the skin. What happened to the Stuttafords I used to love shopping just for the service I received. I am very very very upset!
