I bought the June issue of Glamour where the was a Gap hoody advertised at R300 I went to the store to purchase the hoody when the sales person informed me it was a print error on Glamour's side I then asked to speak to the manager because the print has nothing to do with me, she then told me she will contact headoffice that will get back to me, after they got back to me I was told they need to take it up with Glamour I went back to the store to ask the manager if it is possible to keep the sizes until the issue is resolved I was then told by the manger that I can't call her every time and I will not get the top at that price witch I feel for a store like stuttafords the manager needs to brush up on her managerial skills. And have less attitude when trying to sove a problem, I'm highly disappointed in the service.
