Little things mean a lot to customers, thank you

Today I went to Woolworths and I saw that they were having a special whereby you buy 2 golf shirts for R200. I went to the till and the gentleman at the till was with her lady supervisor (didn't take their names). They told me that the special only applied to customers who carry woolworths cards. I got annoyed because today I was giving training on TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY at work, and I told them politely that they had to put that on their advertisements as its embarrassing to go to the till and be told that. The lady supervisor showed me that its actually encrypted on the store advertisements, but still I was a bit disappointed. As I was about to go in dejection they said, "Hold on, we can create a woolies cash card for you and you can still shop for R200.". I was really really impressed and their attitude towards me was amazing. Pity I didn't take their names, but I was impressed to say the least. Big ups.
