Shocking service or lack thereof

I bought two items on the 20th of December 2013 and to date I have not received one of my items.
I dealt with Vivian at the furniture city shop who was great, however the people at the warehouse are a true disgrace am not surprised why African bank sold their share of EHL
I dealt with Nomthandazo at the warehouse, she never provided me with feedback unless I called her, she was so rude that she hung up on me when I made an enquiry. I also dealt with Sipho who is clueless about everything. Then there was Tshepo who made countless false promises about my item being delivered, he was always untruthful by stating the item is loaded in the next truck, the truck will arrive in the evening and so on. I cancelled the transaction and I await my refund as was promised. I must state that there has been no communication regarding the item and no apology form the warehouse on the inconvenience caused. I request that somebody at a senior level attend to this matter urgently.

I am totally irate and disgusted at the service or lack thereof that I received from the above mentioned company.
