MORE THAN A MONTH NO FEEDBACK NO WATCH

I went into your boksburg branch eastarand mall 3rd december, well before festive hoildays and closing period to ensure i received my watch before new year . it simply needed a stone replaced that fell off! i made it clear to your staff to make priority, they told me they would send it in that thursaday same week which was 5th december. Since then i am still waiting, i have made several calls to find out what is going on, noone has bothered to even give me some sort of feedback, today is 7th JAN!!! i want this watch this week stilll and a call from your management or i will take this further.
