NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT/NO TRACKING OF ORDER

This is now the second time in a row I experience problems with the delivery of my Yuppiechef order. I've sent an e-mail yesterday to request the delivery date, but without any success. I really want to boikot them but unfortunately they are the only shop that stock the goodies I want.
