STILL NO REFUND

What exactly do I need to do to get a refund from Kalahari? It's been three weeks since order was cancelled, 2 weeks since the refund was apparently processed but still nothing! Do yourselves a favour, get out of the big boys race because you clearly cannot hack it! Beyond of phoning, emailing and still no money in my account!!!
