Dishonest People

I returned my purchase of 2 x sandals, i handed over my credit card so that it could be credited, she gave me the pin pad so i could enter the pin code, then she gave me my card back with R60.00 cash (Refund should have been R250.00) and that was it. I assumed that the rest would be put on my card. I kept checking my banking for the amount but it wasn't put in, so i go back to Checkers on the 2/01/2014 to which i'm told that i must wait 7 working days for it to be put in (Refund was done on 23/12/2013). I go back again today, 7/01/2014 to which i'm now told it must be 14 working days. I tell them I never received anything to sign saying that the refund was done, they then check their accounts to which they say i was given the R250.00 in cash.
The woman that gave me the refund on the 23/12/2013 says she remembers she gave me the R250.00 cash and told me it didn't go through on my credit card (which she didn't and probably pocketed the rest of the money). Terrible service and dishonesty and i'm made to wait for over an hour with my 2 kids that are tired for nothing. And the best is they make out like i'm the terrible one in this whole transaction!
