This is more of a tip off than a complaint, I have witnessed a customer that was in front of me won some money back on her purchase with I think it was the Golden celebration and the cashier kept the slip for herself without handing it over to the customer. I was at checkers yesterday to make a purchase and at the till point after the payment was finalised the cashier only gave me the slip for my credit card and not the slip with my purchases listed on. I did not think anything of it as I knew that the amount I paid was correct for the purchases made. My father stopped to ask for the actual slip with the purchases listed on it and she gave us the wrong customer slip. My dad looked at the slip fist-ed it in his hand and said that she gave us the wrong slip and was upset, we just left as I told my father that we seemed to have paid the correct amount. My dad told me that he seen the words "cash back" on the screen and wanted to understand what it was for. From my understanding it seemed the cashier jippod the system somehow to make the transaction look as if I made a withdrawal but keeps that money for herself when she cashes up at the end of her shift
