Unable to get my refund from Computicket

I bought tickets on the 30th of August. When it was announced that the concert has been cancelled I called in to cancel and get a refund. I was told to go to Checkers to hand in the tickets. I went to Shoprite inDube to cancel and get a refund. i was told since i bought online using my debit card it will be reversed back. But only one amount of R650.00 was paid in on the 19th September 2013. I called in again at the call centre and I was told to wait for 7 days, I waited and still nothing. I spoke to Melanie who said I must send my bank statement from the 16th to date, which I have. I have since been dealing with Jessica and it has been going on for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of going back and forth she comes to me and tells me that Shoprite Checkers in Dube told her that they gave me cash on the 17th. How did they give me cash when i bought the tickets using my debit card online and it had to be reversed? I have been robbed live and I'm prepared to take this all the way to the consumer court if I'm not refunded and justice is served by these. I want my refund back and will take this further!
