I ordered 2 books online in the beginning of December. Just before Christmas they let me know that the book was out of stock suddenly. They replied with an email saying I had to supply my banking details and so I immediately sent an email with my banking details. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've mailed them many times with no reply. Very bad service and I'll never order online from Exclusive books again!
