Tempo watch under warranty not back - 4 Months

We bought a Tempo watch at American Swiss that stop working before the warranty is over. On my repair receipt I did give in the watch for repairs on 12 September 2013, helped by Joyce. On the receipt the due date sows 12/10/2013. In November my wife did follow up because from their side there was NO feedback. Joyce did help and said it is not back yet, they will phone us but NO feedback. On December 22nd I did followup because of NO feedback and the lady told me that it is not back yet and she promised to phone me on the Monday 23rd December 2013. NO feedback and on Sunday 5 January 2014 I did followup and the lady just told me it is not back yet because the workshop is closed.??? I was upset and did asked for the manager and she told me he is on leave till 25 January 2014. I did asked for a telephone no where I can phone and she did give me the customer care line no. Till today NO feedback from them. I told them on the second followup that I want a new watch but that doesn't matter, they don't care. NO feedback and no watch after almost 4 months. THIS IS UNECEPTABLE
