DID NOT INSTALL AS PER AGREEMENT

I bought a tv stand and a 43inch plasma tv, and I wanted to collect the goods from Russels myself so that I don't pay the transport charge. However I was told that the stand will require some axpertise to install so I should pay for delivery. But when the delivery came through the delivery man asked for some money upfront first so he can buy his food before he could build the unit. Because that money was not there, they just left without installing the unit. How unprofessional. 12 Sept 2013.
