Current Staff - desperate training / replacement

I have been a Dischem shopper for a number of years now but started shopping at Clearwater branch since it opened. I enjoyed it right at the beginning until about a week ago when I walked in between the isles, the ear-splitting noise emanating from the staff is unbearable. They stand and speak (in fact they scream) at each other whilst packing the shelves or the ones loitering around which is supposed to assist clients but they are so engrossed in their conversations, they totally ignore customers.

They expect customers to wait while they complete their conversations before answering any questions customers have. They usually just point you in the direction to find items on you own. I have only come across two people in that store which was very helpful. The lady at the Customer Service (white) Counter as well as the old lady with short blond hair (white female) who marches up and down the health islers to assist customers. You are going to loose customers through your staff''s ignorance and attitudes. What happened to professionalism?
