Horrible service, is the money spent worth it???

Went to Woolworth's nelspruit in Ilanga mall on the 2nd Feb - prior to that we purchased a few items of clothing but due to sizes not always being the same cut, one of the items had to be exchanged. We took the denim shorts back to the exchange counter alongside a few other items that we wanted to purchase, got to the till and was advised by one of the consultants that we have to wait at the one counter as her computer does not allow her to ring exchanges... fine, no problem... 15 minutes later after standing in front of THREE ladies doing absolutely nothing besides chatting amongst themselves with no intention in the world to assist, i raised a question regarding assistance if anyone is willing to assist where she very calmly said? es, just wait someone will help you... needless to say blood at boiling point she contently just walked away... after another 10 minutes of waiting and wanting to walk out we were assisted by a lady who could not smile, looking the world full for her pen and chewing on a chappie!!! This raises the question amongst many Woolworth's buyers... why should we spend so much money at a place with such horrific service???
