Mr Price
Bad service as usual!!!

I was trying to return some items which were bought for me and first went to the mr price on northrand rd but there was no stock. UNFORTUNATELY had to go the mr price at the east rand mall where I firstly had to wait for the
security guard to finish his conversation about someone's gran and secondly I was treated like a criminal as if I'm coming to shoplift or something... reason I say this is because I had a lot of items to exchange and wanted to take my bag inside with me so I could see the items "compare" them and see what size to upsize too and maybe might even change and get something else. With the policy at mr price your returns have to stay at the counter, so I'm suppose to recall the items I had, all ten of them, and get correct sizes... you must remember baby girls clothing all look the same and are all pink. Non the less the issue is not that I'm trying to break the policy I just wanted to take my bag in compare and exchange, even asked that incompetent security guard just to get someone who will walk in with me just to change. When I asked for my slip as I was now fed up, was told by the staff standing there that "give her her slip so she can get her refund"! BAD SERVICE
