Difficulty Settling an Account

Settling my vehicle finance account with MFC is like trying to get water out of a stone. My account is in legal department and besides it being impossible to get my account statements, I cannot get hold of anyone in that department to assist me. I guess this works for them because everyday the account is not settled they make an extra buck on interest. Criminal I must say
