No delivery & no response

I ordered a wireless usb mouse from [URL Removed] the delivery date was the 20th december 2013. Up to today i have not received the order and I have contacted the call centre now for the 4th time. The 3 time I have spoken to Shamiel and this morning to Jean. I hope Jean will come back with a response because none of the other agents responded. I will think twice before buying something from Kalahari.
