Horrendous customer service

I am so disgusted at the poor feedback/service that they gave me as I am a regular customer. I clearly asked on two occasions for them to call me and they did not. I told them that I had a big order that needed to go through (over R30k) but clearly it was not worth their time and attention. Even when I went to the store to see them personally to arrange it, the attitude of staff is that they cant be bothered, but they are like vultures with yellow stickers 2 paste. I spoke to the appliance manager in person explaining the situation (11.12.13) and he assured me that they will assist me after apologising for the bad service. He said he was not around the next day to give me feedback but agreed that Zeenat would call me the next day with feedback (in her presence.) On19/12 I finally got my call from her.

Is this how Makro Ottery treats their customers? I explained my situation to them clearly, was not difficult, but clearly they only respond when one makes a big deal about something? I also contacted head office about this as I feel that enough has been done on their side in keeping customers happy. NO FEEDBACK ALSO!
