Poor service/attitude and no feedback received

As well as poor feedback from Edcon when trying to resolve the case.
My case number is 1610130018/GO. I have made several complaints & countless followups with customer service (Nomzekelo Mnini and Busi) who have failed to give me any source of feedback as to what is happening with my case of the cellphone in Legit. It is appalling because customers think they will receive feedback from a huge organisation like this and only to be left in the dark with no contact whatsoever. I have appealed about this matter being taken to regional manager, but since then nothing has been done. I was told i will be on a conference call with the Legit store manager but alas, no call was made.
What sort of feedback are customers getting when they ask for assistance from customer care/services? Is this the attitude that they are given from the staff? I really do understand that you must be busy, but for crying out loud, have some respect for your customers and give them the time of day to air their voice. And also, give them the security they need when they enter the store. Gosh, if anything it is hightime now that i receive compensation for what this has cost me. Tired and frustrated custome
