Extremely poor customer service

I handed over my pc for repairs, stayed weeks without getting feed back until I logged a complain, I got a call and I was told I will get a new pc. its been months now and now I am being told about Sahara (supplier). I bought the pc @ Russells but now I am being told about the supplier.
