NEVER EVER WILL I BE FROM RUSSELLS OR SAHARA EVER

I bought a laptop from Russells festival mall on a 2 year contract with life and product insurance. I'm paying almost R8000 for my laptop. R316 a month. my laptop's trackpad is not working properly and now they say they cant fix it i dont have an extended guarantee on it but wht am I then paying for life and product insurance. why on earth am i paying almost R8000 for a freaken laptop if if cant even be fixed. I'm so upset and i want my money back. but of course that wont happen. i will never ever recommend anyone to buy a sahara product ever again. or even by any products from Russells festivall mall. im very disappointed!! poor service and a waist of my money!!! thanks a lot.i also phone sahara customer care and they are all rude. very bad of them. NEVER EVER WILL I BE FROM RUSSELLS OR SAHARA EVER AGAIN
