Broken Bed, 3 months no response

Hi There, we purchased and Slumberland bed 29th Dec 2012 and 6 months down the line, the base broke. The supplier authorised a replacement but Isaac the manager has not replaced this bed. He wants us to pay more for a Edblo or phone his supplier who he never phones us back with a number. He even told me if I complain, it will be directed back to him as he's the manager. I paid cash and no one ever calls us. As said 3 months down the line, I paid for a slumberland and want a slumberland replacement. Why isn't the manager calling me back. This is such bad services renderd. I logged the 1st call in July to let them knw the bed was broken
