There's always no manager on duty

On Friday 25 January around 21:30 I went to fill up petrol at Shell New raod, Midrand. I asked the attendant to fill up for R100 and he filled up to R100.10c and I gave him a R200 note he then asked me for a 10cent which I gave him and he went to fetch the R100 change, while I was waiting I got an emergency phone call & I drove off forgeting to wait for my R100 change. I went back the next morning & they told me no one left any money with the cashier. they told me to come back on Monday when the manager is there so they can go through the cameras, I went on Monday but they said he was already gone at 5pm. I went again on Tuesday same thing. I explained my story to another attendant Justice-0795229490 who promised to give me a call but did not and when I called him he said the manager again was not there and when I called again yesterday whole day his phone was off. I need someone just to verify that I did not take my R100 change back and then give me back my money. but it seems as if everyone is trying to make time go by so i can forget as I keep going there for nothing. please please assist, I need my money.
