Picknpay robbed me!!!

This evening around 19:39pm i was paying for groceries at PicknPay at Station square in Pretoria, i told Carthy the cashier i needed R100 MTN airtime as well, i then gave her my debit card to pay. When i looked at my receipt, only the groceries was paid and R100 cashback which i didn't request!!! So i told her politely that i needed airtime not a cash withdrawal of which i didnt get from her (What happened to the R100 i was supposed to receive??).

She apologised and said she will give me the R100 airtime i requested but this time she gave me only R10 airtime!!! At this point i was extremely upset but decided to take it up with one of the senior staff, i told him what happened he just said the transaction went through there was nothing he could do. I want the R100 they deducted on my debit card because clearly this is daylight, i still have the receipts if they even bothered to check their books. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life
