Faulty Pampers Diapers!

I complained about the quality of diapers from pampers I bought the value box of 150 diapers, and the side elastics were not there or in tatters hanging out of the diapers, I could not return it to the store as I did not keep the receipt and the box was already opened, I wrote an email to [Email Removed] and they did reply asking for photo's which I did email them as well. They told me they received everything and has been sent to the quality department (this was 7/03/2013) and will come back to me regarding this. It is now end of March and I still had no reply, this is not the type of service one expects from one of the top quality diapers being sold. Since my complaint logged with them in February my child has gone up a diaper size as well. This is very disappointing service.
