Went into Edgars at Chatsworth Shopping Centre on the 31 December 2013 and took a few minutes most 5 minutes to get some items needed but had to wait no less than 20 minutes in line to pay as there was only 2 cashier on a go slow. When I get the cashier and express my dissatisfaction of the LONG WAIT. Instead of just apologizing of the LONG WAIT he basically tell me that its managements decision and I must go complain to management and if I don't like it I can go some else. RUDE Nishan/Nisharen (didn't let me see his name properly) is representing the company and need to be able to HANDLE AND DEAL with simply complaints and take up to management, with out been rude to customers and tell customers to go somewhere else.
He should be taken out from dealing face to face with customers due to general lack of adequate customer service conduct.
I have never had SUCH BAD SERVICES BEFORE.
