Poor Nagia had her account blocked without reason. The same thing happened to me whereby my account was blocked, It took days to find out the reason (reason: I had used the account) and weeks to close the account of 20 years. It would seem that Edgars are trying their best to alienate and lose customers. Try and call the call centre, operators are rude and unhelpfull. Sadly, in the long queue at Edgars (ironically named customer services) I met another customer who was closing her account because a hold had been placed on her account without reason. One would think that Edgars may have the courtesy of informing customers that their account is blocked, but this is sadly not the case. Does anyone in management appreciate the seriousness of this customer service failure - long standing accounts closed/ rude call centre operators/ blocks placed on accounts for no reason and not informing customers.
