Not happy at all

First of all i would like to compliment kayleigh on her great service and she is a great asset to your company.
When I arrived i was greeted and seated very promptly and i was very exited to get my sushi and pizza but when i got it i realised that it was soft and falling appart and was not up to standard. I was at the branch about a year ago and was very very happy with the service and quality of the food. Another thing is that the Avo on the pizza and in the sushi was not ripe and was green and hard. overall the experience of the food was terrible.
Things need to be sorted out ASAP!
