Date Night Turned Into Night from

Once a Month my wife and I get a break from our hectic lives and kids Jezz (2) and Layla (1) and then we go on a date night. We look forward to this a week in advance and thanks to John Dory's Summerstrand that ruined that for us. When we arrived we expected it to be busy because of the Wednesday special and we accepted waiting a bit longer for our beverages to arrive. The Sushi bar however was a total flop. The Manager kept taking sushi for tables and the rotisserie was empty... empty as in not even one plate on it... While 3 Sushi Chefs were attending to the orders coming out of the machine they neglected the customers sitting around the bar. This to me coming from the service industry was completely unacceptable. When I was a barman one barman was delegated to prepare the waitrons orders while the other attended to the bar. Surely it doesn't take rocket science to figure out that one Sushi chef attends to the people sitting at the Sushi Bar while the other tend to the Waitrons. We were so disgusted that we finished our drinks and left to another establishment where we actually change our preference from Sushi to something else being put off by this whole scenario.
