Worst service eve

I bought a furnisher on thursday and was promised to be delivered the next day. The following day no comunication was made untill I call the branch the consultant told me it was going to be deliverd that same day hours later wen i visited the branch they told me it wasnt assambled and they couldnt get hold of the person to assamble it. They gave me false information and did not keep their promise. As I go to lewis was expecting to get what they advertise. Same day delivery and good customer service. Misleading advertisement makes us unhappy costomers
