I purchased an entertainment unit cash from H & H early november. They didn't have stock so a week later I received delivery. 2days later I called to say the unit was flawed. The salesmann Zain, was not in so I left a message with hajma the receptionist. I called several times and didn't get zain. A week later I call and finally get zain and he tells me that hajma didn't give him the message. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. After several calls and a visit to the store the unit has been assessed and still not sorted out. Now the manager Vijay says that a complaint needs to be reported to the manufacturer before they take back the unit. I had no dealing with the manufacturer and I don't see why, even after assessment of the unit that I should be disadvantaged. I want it removed and a full refund. This is unethical behaviour. I don't want to deal with this company again.
