Already great to have had it delivered so soon after ordering. However the manufacturer has sent a flawed unit with a puncture and the unit was not waterproofed correctly. I called simplicity and got put thru to Jeremy. He said he could send a driver or I could go directly if I wamted it replaced quicker. So I went to their offices and 20 minutes later got my refund and am very pleased with the companies service as this was my first time using them. And I woyld glady recommend them to any1
