VERY SAD SERVICE

I bought the bed not even a year ago last month May 2013, now i have been phoning since November for someone to replace the faulty bed i got given every time i phone get promised of how they will send someone now i have probably phone 20 times in two months to only get and empty promises i want this resolved immediately as i'm fed up and want a new bed for this terrible service as firstly i didn't get a free bed i paid and its faulty they quick to sell a bed but when a problem appears then all staff runs away please get this sorted as after 2 months i still cant get this resolved this is really pathetic i want someone from head office to actually resolve this as clearly your store cant and head office is nowhere to be found
