Where do I begin?

I had a problem last year, which I didn't want to bring up before but find it relevant now as nothing seems to be done about the lack of professionalism currently residing in the head office.

Last year, upon migrating from SD to HD, I was surprised when I got a bill for 4 months of SD subscription as well as my monthly HD subscription which I paid each month. Upon enquiry I was informed that the SD subscription was activated each month via online account which was not the case.

I was promised after calling the call centre numerous times that all would be sorted, but to my surprise, while changing banks in December, I was in formed that I had a default on ITC and found out it was Multichoice that defaulted me after promises that this would be resolved.

When calling, the call centre agent said that he would "investigate", I wasn't happy with this because the previous "investigation" resulted in this situation.

I paid this amount in December to avoid any more bad service (R2200) only to find out in April, nothing was sorted out and after sitting on the phone for literally 30min per phone call a day for 2 weeks, eventually got somebody to call me back.
