On the 31Dec 2013, I was swaping my card at means of payment, the lady's name who was assisting me was Priscilla. She told me my card was declining and that it had no funds. As I was walking out she was talking so load telling fellow employees that I had no money and they laughed about it. I went to Shelly Center and withdrew more than enough money, I then went back and I asked for the Manager whom I have forgotten his name, indian guy tall and dark. He told me he would deal with Priscilla. Many people are sitting at home in South Africa especially KZN and we have people like Priscilla who enjoy making fun of their customers than offering services to them. She deserves to be fired and stay at home.
