Woolworths card declined! First time user!

Hi
I went to use my WW store card at sandton onf Friday Oct 2013. I was using it fo the first time and was declined. The cashier said he can see I have a limit of x amount - he has no idea why is it declining - I must go to Cust Service. After waiting weeks for the card to be delivered to the Northgate store initially, I had no patience to now go and Q in the Cust Service dept in Sandton.
On Saturday morning I went to the branch in Design Quarter - I called WW FS - only to be told I need to go to Cust Service at the store. I went to customer service - left all my details, WW card and ID with Priscilla - told her I am having breakfast in the WW coffee shop - to please activate my card no 2. When I returned 30 min later she was nowhere to be found and Philindila said that Priscilla sould not do it and that I had to be present. I took my ID and card from her and left the store.
I am extremely frustrated with the process from the start. Opening the account took forever - having my cards sent out to me took 3 weeks - I received 1 in the post then I had to pick up 1 from the Nothgate store. And now I get declined
Please solve or close my account - not worth this hassle anymore!
