Priscilla: Worst Brand Ambassador for Edgas yet!

On the 2nd November 2013, my fiance and I were shopping @ the pavilion. After purchasing clothing from Edgars, I decided to spoiled my fiance with shoes from Prato Pavilion.

We selected pair of stilettos & my fiance asked Priscilla (Staff), for the correct size. Priscilla rudely insisted that we try the size on the shelf. This was "off putting" as she expected my fiance to try an incorrect size.
Throughout, Priscilla seemed to be irate and abrupt in full view of other customers. When my fiance tried on the correct shoes, I moved the rotating mirror; equipped with wheels in order for my fiance to get a look whilst seated.
Priscilla, in full view of other customers immediately attempted to reprimand me for moving a mobile mirror. I was shocked and stunned! Above all else, I was surprised that someone in the service Industry; representing a brand; would take such a rude and direct approach for something so petty. Other customers agreed and walked out. We are entitled "peace of mind" and the accompanying comfort, before a purchase.

In all my years in the service industry, I have never encountered such a ruthless display of pure arrogance. rudeness. We demand an Apology from Edgars!
