As of now I am completely distraught and I cant any more.

After a month of waiting for my contract to come into existence, thousands of rand's lost on business due to no phone and daily calls, I thought I would still give cell c a chance and continue with my account. I am as of today just sick of it due to the following:

-Bad/no signal (calls even say the number don't exist but do when I call off another phone)
-Charged for the first 2 months even though I was told they would be free.
-Billed for minutes I was supposed to get free.
-I cant send an E-mail from Cell c's outgoing SMTP (Crucial for business!!)
-People constantly say they will call me back but never do.
-I complained a month ago about all of this. It was said it would be sorted out but nothing.
-as of today the departments that I have previously mentioned are constantly engaged.

I cant deal with this any more. I had to get another contract or my business would have gone under. Please Cell c just let me cancel my contract. I believe after all of this I have a right to do so without being charged. I'm even willing to drop the phone off at a store or somewhere.
