Big up to Caltex shop Fresh Stop on Armitage Rd PMB, I told the lady about the bad cappuccino I bought there last week: on the spot she apologised and said she won't charge me today. She wasn't even there last week, now that's taking ownership, making a good name for your employer and retaining your customers! This lady always has a friendly face. #great start to my day!
