Package two days late with no

I ordered and payed for a board game on your website on 11 December 2013. The package was supposed to be delivered on 12 December. When I phoned you I was put on hold for ten minutes before someone answered and simply said the system says I will be getting my package today, 13 December. It is now nearly five o'clock, and still no package and no communication. I have tried phoning again, and after 15min on hold still could not reach anyone to talk to.
