WOOLWORTHS RIP OFF - 50% INCREASE ON FOOD PRICE

Since last year the price of the 2 Crispy Garlic Prawns has been R39, 95. Last weekend the price was still R39, 95.Today, the price jumped to R59, 95.
Since when do you expect your customers to accept a 50% increase? What a rip off!!! This is the way to
chase away your customers. I can accept a 6-10% increase, not raising the price 8 times the rate of inflation is criminal. Keep up this policy and your Hout Bay customers will be running to the new Pick 'n Pay which is to be built between Mainstream and Checkers centre - due to open next year. Please Woolwoths, no letter which goes to all your complainants... just reduce the price and no more rip offs
