PnP Kenilworth Centre will never ever see me again

Since about 1988 I have been a loyal customer of PnP Kenilworth Centre, and must have spent one big bunch of moola there over the years. But after several incidents over the past few years relating to unfriendly staff, staff standing around yelling at each other, some staff who never bother greeting you and would rather have discussions with their colleagues than pay attention to you, the mere customer, and finally a surly staff member whose treatment of me recently was so bad and had me so upset I was in tears, I have resolved to rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.

Cannot believe that PnP top management have allowed things to get this bad. There are some lovely staff at PnP Kenilworth Centre, so I am not going to generalise, but please, for the sake of your customers, do something about the appalling attitude of some of the staff at this store. John the manager and Fezeka the customer care lady were very kind to me, but I should never have been subjected to the sort of treatment I received.
