Dear Peter
l bought a Headboard at Bradlows Queenstown (the one at Main Street near KFC) on Monday December 09n 2013. I paid cash amount of about R9 800.00 inclusive of transport fee as l had no transport to take it home. They promised to deliver the following day (Tuesday) but did not stick to their promise.
Upon calling them on Wednesday they said they could not deliver as it was raining but because the rain had stopped they would deliver the following day (Thursday). Again they did not deliver nor did they call me for alternative arrangement until l called their warehouse this morning (Friday). After holding for close to twenty minutes to be put through to the person in charge of Bradlows deliveries; she told me that there was no indication of any goods to be delivered to my house but promised tyo come back to me which she did not.
l again called the store Manager l made the deal with threating to cancel the deal; she promised to call me back which she did stating that the person who promised to deliver on Thursday was on family responsibility leave and they are promising to deliver tomorrow. What makes me angry is the fact that l have to use my cellphone to call them
