Safety of personal belongings and children

On the 31st of december, I left my daughter in the care of family members in the food court area, and at some time between 2:30pm and 3:00pm, she went to toilets in between McDonalds and Wonderland. Unfortunately, she had her cellphone with her at the time and mistakenly left her cellphone in the cubicle that she used. she had just reached Steers when she realised her mistake, and immediately returned to the toilets. There was only 1 other person in the toilet besides the cleaning lady. She informed me that the cleaning lady told the other lady to open her bag so that she could see if the cellphone was in there. but my question is Who searched the cleaning lady. After I lodged a complaint with Anele (the manager of the cleaners on duty), he informed me that he had a roster of who worked at that time, and he would make some investigations and get back to me. To date I have not heard from him at all. PATHETIC. I learnt from him that the correct procedure to follow is that a security should have been called to do the search. I feel that my 10 year old daughter was exploited, because she didn;t know any better. What would be the treatment that I would get in an emergency situation.
