Always a pleasure to shop at West Pack

I'm not a fan of shopping at big discounters - usually the service is indifferent (or impossible to find) and one spends a lot of time walking around lost and trying to figure stuff out one one's own. However, I now regularly shop at West Pack for items required in my 3 businesses and have had friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff every time. I usually have to fill multiple trolleys and they are only too willing to assist me, with smiles and jokes about emptying out their store. Keep up the great work, guys and well done to the management for creating a consistent shopping experience.
