Bought helium balloons all bursted on the way home

I am totally shocked that no information was given to my son on how to handle the 30 helium balloons he had fetched from the balloon counter. On his way home, not even gone for 5 minutes from the shop each and every balloon popped, not a single one left to use for the birthday party!! - West Pack @lifestyle, please make sure you explain to your customers how to check the temperature and conditions on transporting these balloons!! I am so dissapointed!!!
