Use of Shopping Carts

I have two small children. Every mom will know it is a challenge to shop with two children. We can unfortunately not shop with a stroller, and a shopping cart, so we do not take the stroller with. Shopping carts are equipped with a seat to put your child in there. So it makes logical sense to use shopping carts at malls as opposed to strollers, especially if you have two small children. We normally collect the shopping carts already in the parking area, so this saves the shop to collect it themselves.

So today I just did that. I entered Game with their shopping cart with my two kids inside, to find they do not have what I need, and exited again. To my surprise I was prevented by the guard to exit Game with the shopping cart. He said, I am not allowed to exit with it if I did not buy something from them!

So I had to leave the shopping cart inside Game and had to struggle with my kids on my own. I could not complete my shopping at West Gate, and had to go home as a result.

This shows that Game have little respect and compassion for moms and do not care for their lifelong customers. This is terrible, and I do not feel that I want to enter Game ever again!!!
