I was informed by Russell that my account was being paid by two people. The accounts department then said they will investigate my account within 24 to 48 hrs and come back to me. Noone ever came back to and I made repeated calls to them and still never received any conclusive explanation. I then sent an email informing Russells that I will suspend payment until the investigation on the account was completed. Noone was informing me about the progress of the investigation and did not want to pay monies that would never be accounted for. After months of calling they still haven't conculded the investigation. Now I am being told that I have arrears on my account. I have proof of payment for all the months they gave me as skipped, which I sent to them and still up to now, no one can explicitly explain or come back to me regarding the progress of the investigation. I am just tired of calling and being thrown about from branch to call centres to accounts department, still no one comes back and update me. I have been listed as a slow payer which has affected my credit ratings with my bank. Can Russells tell me something please...
