After not receiving my order I phoned leserskring approximately 3 weeks ago, a very condescending call center agent told me to wait and be patient my order is on the way. Someone from a neighboring town just phoned me and told me that they received my order. How does that happen? How does someone else receive my order, or even collect it from the postoffice or courier? Now I have to go and collect it myself at extra cost from a stranger in another town. What will leserskring say? Just sorry and I must handle their mess? Or must I shut up and wait (basically what the call center agent told me). The worst is someone I do not know got hold of my personal information due to leserskrings incompetence. Will leserskring cover if I become the victim of identity?
